Birthday Cards
Hello - Louise here.
For 10 years I've built my business alongside some amazing people. It’s taken all my love and energy and focus and not in my wildest imagination could I have dreamed we would have achieved some of the things we have. Best of all I’ve been able to be creative for a living, and experience people all over the world connecting with my illustrations.
But as time has gone on, the joy of creating has been overshadowed by the compounding pressure and responsibility of the business side of things, which has felt like a huge weight on my shoulders and it has become unsustainable for me to continue on this trajectory.
So we are making a big change. From 1st February we will be moving to a fully licensing-based model.
We are partnering with The Art File, a fellow family business specialising in beautiful art cards, who will be the exclusive publisher of our greetings cards in the UK. Our collaboration will feature more than 300 of our bestselling designs, plus an exciting new launch of mini and square cards too. You'll be able to shop our ranges directly from their retail website.
The Art File will also continue to supply our designs to many of our independent shop customers across the UK and our nationwide and chain stockists too, including Waterstones, Waitrose, John Lewis, The National Trust, Postmark and Vinegar Hill.
To prepare for this transition, many of our designs are being discontinued so this is your very last chance to shop before they are retired for good!
Thank you so much for your support over the years. It's been a wild wild ride and a wonderful humbling journey. I'm hopeful this next chapter will be a peaceful and creative one. Louise x

80th Birthday Mini Card
My business journey began with a visit to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage in Nairobi whilst I was still at uni studying Illustration, back in 2012. I’d always been an animal lover and a crazy cat lady, but that trip was my inspiration to start painting animals for the very first time.
